Karachi

DHA Phase 4
DHA’s new Gold Crest Apartment project in DHA Phase 4, Lahore has new apartments available for easy payment in installments. Several types of apartments, from studios to three-bedrooms, can be pre-ordered with a 20 percent down payment and eight subsequent payments of 10 percent. Its facilities include ample car parking, a ground floor shopping mall, mosques and more.

DHA Phase 5
Penta Square in DHA Phase 5 is one of DHA’s newest projects. Officially, booking opens on December 31, 2015. The new complex features luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Its facilities include solar power generators, 24/7 security, medical support and backup power as well as a gymnasium and shopping center.

Islamabad

Mall of Islamabad
Bahria Town, as mentioned above, is a perennial favorite in Pakistan, and the capital city is no exception. The ambitious Mall of Islamabad features one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the popular Sector F-11, with schools, mosques, restaurants, and commercial centers built into the complex. Apartments will be available for purchase with a 14 percent down payment and an easy three-year installment plan.
