Booking Procedure:
1. Call us at +92314 535 89 38.
2. We will give you details for pre-booking payment.
3. After verifying pre-booking payment was received we will send you the receipt.
4. When Bahria Town Pvt. Ltd Launches the Project On 27th April, 2017. You will have to submit the Down Payment Amount Of Your Plot/Villa Minus the Pre-Booking Amount (This amount is only to confirm your booking and is part of the Down payment and we are also not taking any commission)
5. For overseas clients, they can transfer token payment to our bank account & we can mail them the receipt or it is advised that they send their relatives or friends directly for the booking process but All options are available.
6. It is advised if you really want to book a plot then do book now and by waiting until the launching date you might miss the train and then the project might be available on resale or due to increase in demand the cost might go premium for those who apply after launching date.
