Bookings for 5-marla and 10-marla plots in the locality are open and registered agents have been directed to sell the project within a month, which means bookings will probably remain open for just this small time frame. So if you’re willing to invest here, you must rush to make the cut. Otherwise, you will have to pay premiums to own a plot.

Instead of issuing plot files, which is what the developer usually does whenever a new project is launched, Bahria Town Rawalpindi has offered plots this time around. The reason for this move is unknown as of now.

According to my sources, development work is underway in the locality at a good pace and Bahria Town is expected to hand over possession by December 2016.
