Oshun Housing Project

Oshun by Eiwan Developers is the 1st beachfront housing project in Pakistan launched in Gwadar. A local company Ewan, (parent company The Consultant Group) has launched the project due to the rising demand for real estate and housing societies in Gwadar. Oshun is designed with the state of the art development standards and living luxuries located in Mouza Gunz, Oshun is approved by District Council Gwadar under NOC # 366-67. The developer has officially launched the membership drive from 25th of March 2018.
