Capital Smart City is located on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2 near Thalian Interchange. It also touches Chakri Road in the southeast. There is a high probability that the scheme will have one of its entrances on Chakri Road opposite Blue World City.

 The society is 12 kilometers away from the Islamabad International Airport.

Market demand and trends

 The highest demand recorded is for the 5-marla plots for which the inventory has run out. The developer has introduced 7 marla and 12 marla plots keeping in view the high demand. Also, over 70% of the stock has already been sold out. And the remaining is also running out at a rapid rate.

Most of the buyers are short-term investors or those looking for high returns by waiting for at least a year. Currently, prices of plots introduced in the old booking continue to increase with significant premiums added to the original rates.

Why is there a lot of Interest in this scheme?

The developer has been very smart in regards to the pre-launching while continuing to increase its authorized agents at the same time. Capital Smart City official launch is close and that is the biggest reason why so many buyers and agents are excited about this project.

The date for the official launch is yet to be decided. It can be either before the coming Eid or shortly after it.
